Return and Refund Policy

 

 


At Patchwork Handmade Keepsakes, we value your satisfaction and strive to create beautiful, meaningful keepsakes that you’ll treasure forever. However, as each item is custom-made, our policies are designed to balance fairness and transparency.


Returns

Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our quilts and memory dolls, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or there is an error on our part. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if you notice any issues.


Refunds

Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

If the product arrives damaged due to transit or a defect in workmanship.

If an error was made in fulfilling your custom order (e.g., incorrect personalisation).


To request a refund, please email us at patchworkbyain@gmail.com with the following:


1. Your order number

2. Clear photos of the item showing the issue.

3. A brief description of the problem.


Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds for:

  1. Quilt orders where the design was approved before production.
  2. All keepsake doll orders.
  3. Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.
  4. Changes of mind after production has begun.


Exchanges

We do not provide exchanges as our products are all custom made. 

 

Shipping Costs

Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the original shipping cost.


Return shipping for eligible exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
